RATES & RESERVATIONS

March 17/18th (depending on the arrival of the participants) to the 24th (celebrating Holi on the 20th in Varanasi) then we have our option to leave from Varanasi to Kathmandu in Nepal on the 24th our extension and second Workshop from the 25th to the 30st March.

The price is inclusive of the following:
- 7 days and 6 nights stay inclusive of accommodation bed and breakfast at 5star Hotels (India and Nepal) included also internal airfares within India.
- Ground transportation and guides included
- Bottled water will be provided throughout the excursions.
- Heritage site permit fees.

NOTES:
- Personal expenses such as minibar beverages, lunch and dinner are not included. (Food in general is not very expensive in India and Nepal and is very, very good.
Refund Policy
Enrollment in all courses is limited, so once you have enrolled your participation is important to us and to the entire class. We are counting on you to attend. If you find you are unable to attend, please notify us at once by phone. We will refund your deposit and/or fees based on the following policy:
* If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of class, we will then refund 50% of your deposit / downpayment and an additional US$50.00 will be charged for administration fee.
No Refunds for:
* We do not refund deposits if you fail to arrive for a class.
* We do not give refunds for unused accommodations.
* We do not reimburse participants for penalties on airline tickets as the result of a cancelled workshop.

Course Cancellation
Occasionally we are forced to cancel a workshop, usually because of insufficient enrollment or matters beyond our control. In such cases, we will call you and discuss your options for alternate workshops. If another workshop is not acceptable, we will refund all fees paid.
While we do not like to cancel workshops, occasionally it is unavoidable. In such cases, we will do everything we can to accommodate you in another workshop.
Liability
In the event that we cancel your workshop, for any reason, the extent of The Workshops' liability is limited to the return of all fees paid. In all cases, we will do everything we can to make it possible for you to enroll in another workshop.
The Workshops will not be responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets due to cancellation of a course.We strongly urge you not to purchase non-refundable airline tickets.
Travel insurance covering accidents and sickness are required. We also recommend emergency medical evacuation coverage.
