lieber Gunther,

gestern kam das Buch schon. Ich bin vom Cover sehr positiv überrascht, vom Inhalt ganz zu schweigen, eine wunderbare Sammlung und ein bleibender Wert. Es sind auch so viele Farbnuancen und ganz individuelle Kompositionen, die aus dem Buch und vermutlich Deiner ganzen Arbeit etwas sehr persönliches und originäres machen. Ein perfekter Kontrast zu den üblichen Klischeeknipsern, zu denen Dein Buch viele Deiner Kollegen degradiert. Danke, daß Du auch an eine - wenn auch minimale - Widmung gedacht hast.

Jetzt verstehe ich die Einwände gegen unsere Übersetzung. Viele der Über- und Unterschriften erklären sich aus dem Zusammenhang und den konkreten Bildzuordnungnen besser. Da wird, falls es eine weitere Auflage geben sollte, von uns auch besser getextet werden können. Das Auge denkt halt mit.
