Aperture 2 recovery of an overexposed image
Recovering and rescuing an overexposed image in Aperture 2 from the Nikon D700. The Highlight Hot & Cold Areas came in very handy in this exercise. You find this in the View panel. After all my corrections I converted the image also into a nice Black and White using the Green Filter this time. Original image shot on RAW see below the order of adjustments: Please remember the images can look different on other screens this is only a guide for the exercise. Sharpening: 0.92 Edges: 0.82 Exposure: -1.63 Recovery: 1.49 Black Point 0.08 Shadows: 5.9 Changing from Color to B&W using the Monochrome Mixer and added the Green Filter
